How We Handle Licensing
A full write-up is on the way. Here is the short version of how ownership works on SoMusicAI in the meantime.
We only connect to licensed models
Every model in the studio is one whose provider licenses it to us for the use we pass on to you. If we cannot offer a model on those terms, we do not connect it.
Every track records how it was made
Each track you generate stores the model that produced it and the licence attached to it, so you can check what you may do with a file before you release it.
You own what you create
You own the tracks you create, subject to the licence shown with each one. Paid plans include commercial use.
